Pumpkin Relish with Indonesian Spices
This delightfully different relish has a slight crunchy texture with sweet and spicy hint in the background. It has a wonderful aromatic flavour reminiscent of a good lime pickle, with a vinegar sharpness. Serve it with pate on toast for something deliciously different, or goes very well with poppadoms. Awesome alternative to mango chutney with your Friday night curry.
Ingredients: carrots, ginger, cider vinegar, chilli, coriander seeds, cinnamon stick, star anise, sea salt, garlic, sugar.
Keep refrigerated once opened.
