Beetroot and Mint Chutney
Gives an earthy and punchy flavour to sandwiches, as pairs beautifully with cheese and cold meats.  Excellent alternative to mint sauce with your roast lamb.
Created in Kegworth, Folwells Pre-ser-ved UK uses local grown produce to make delicious jams, pickles and chutney that are perfect to accompany and enhance the flavour of food. There is also a seasonal selection, please pop into the shop to see the full range available.

Ingredients: red beetroot, red onions, apples, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, mint sauce, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, ground ginger, salt, bay leaves.

Yum yum yum

Brought this to make a change when having lamb to the usual mint sauce and I’m so happy I did! It went perfectly with the meal, in fact so great we ate nearly a full jar!! Try it you will not be disappointed.
